CYCLING EHIME displays marks for three levels of cyclists: “beginner,” “intermediate,” and “advanced” to help you enjoy Ehime Prefecture's many cycling paths more. Please use these marks as a guide to enjoy cycling according to your style.

    Beginners-Just For Fun-

    This level is recommended for those who want to try their first bicycle trip. Ehime's bicycle trips are full of attractions, such as riding the Shimanami Kaido in a casual manner by renting a bicycle or e-bike, or visiting sightseeing spots efficiently. We introduce cycling routes that even those who are not confident about their physical fitness can enjoy without any difficulty, making it ideal for a trip with friends or family.

  • Fun&Fitness

    Intermediate-Fun&Fitness-

    Fun & Fitness” is the recommended level for those who want to enjoy cycling routes in Ehime Prefecture at a casual pace or those who want to go a little further afield by bicycle. For those who ride bicycles two or three times a week, or those who regularly exercise their bodies by jogging or walking, you can refer to this level mark for routes where you can enjoy cycling at a comfortable pace. You will be able to experience the excitement of reaching your destination on your own!

  • Challenging

    Advanced-Challenging-

    This level is recommended for those who want to enjoy Ehime Prefecture with their regular car. We have a selection of courses that will satisfy longtime cycling enthusiasts and veterans who have competed in many races. From hard mountain roads to the seaside overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, enjoy every route while feeling the magnificent nature.
